Grant Christensen:

Respectively, Grant has over 19 years of skilled practice in the construction industry. His diversity of working with homeowners, contractors, and custom home builders over the years has lead him to create a philosophy for the foundation that Viking Homes of Virginia was built on, "Appreciate your customers and you can understand what they desire." As a young boy, Grant, started off in masonry applications and followed on to framing for major home builders in the metropolitan area. His craftsmanship can be seen in multi million dollar equestrian facilities and custom homes through out the northern virginia area. Grant's appreciation for community development led him to build a family business in real estate as well as manage the production and customer service for a multi million dollar construction company before eventually starting his own. The diversity of construction work under Grant's "tool" belt has proven to him, that while you may not know every product that is on the market, the attention to detail to the customers' needs will prove to be the greatest contribution to the outcome to any project.

 Grant has developed an eye for detail and a work ethic second to none. Through his high standards and quality craftsmanship, his projects are built to last and treats his clients' homes as he would like his own home to be treated, with respect and care.
